The staff was friendly, the room was very clean and very modern, the bathroom was very pretty. I was put off at first by the reviews I read from others but when I got there the room was very nice, they had some breakfast options which was nice anytime we needed anything we asked the staff and they helped us right away. Really nothing like the reviews had warned other than that they were renovating but it didn't really affect our stay at all. I stayed here for almost a week with my little ones for my masters graduation and would definitely stay here again. (:

They are renovating the whole hotel, which is understandable because they're making it look really nice. It's actually pleasantly very nice to stay there. The pool is not open, which is understandable because of the renovation. But otherwise, everything seemed really clean. The beds are really clean. The bathroom was really clean. To sleep and have air conditioning, it's amazing. So I give it a 💯👍👍

The room was beautiful and so comfortable... I really loved the lighting, furniture and huge TV. It was the best room I have ever stayed in!! I really enjoyed my complimentary breakfast! I cannot wait to stay there again when the hot tub, exercise room and swimming pool are open in September!

I liked the cleanliness. Staff accommodated for smelly room. Answered all questions I had. I really didn’t need the amenities. AC works really well.

The location was quiet and right off the freeway. Also only 2 minutes away from Baps Temple. The entrance is free and staying nearby means better photos without tourists. Go to the Ensenada Surf and Turf just off the hotel parking lot. The food was delicious!
